Congratulations to Smokey Road 8th graders Tori Bartlett and Lindsay Munson who received scores in their audition that qualified them to participate in the 2008 GMEA All-State Chorus held in Savannah from February 21-23.

Being selected to participate in the GMEA All-State Chorus is one of the highest honors for middle school singers. They had to pass two separate auditions competing with other middle school singers from around the state of Georgia. Only 500 were selected to be part of the GMEA All-State Chorus.

The Smokey Road Middle School Chorus is directed by Denise Meacham.
